Name the folder by pressind "Alt" and  "0160"
This will create a nameless folder.

Right click and select properties

Select the tab custoimize

then save it in your
pendrive and name it
autorun.inf

NOTE:- Icon & autorun.inf
file should have in your pendrive either it cannot

Then hide both file
Then unplug the pendrive
again insert the pendrive
your pendrive icon changed
